INITIAL BRIEFING

Every new project begins not with an idea, but with a conversation. We listen to riders, understand the demands of the market, and bring together the ideas shaped through years of experience on the road.
This is where new possibilities begin. By combining new technologies, advanced materials, and our passion for cycling — built through years of experience since 2017 — we define the path from the first concept to the finished product.

DESIGN

Wheels, chainsets, cranksets, sprockets… For us, performance goes far beyond the sum of its individual components. Every project must first be technically viable. Data, measurements, geometries, formulas and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) come together to create a “digital twin”: a scientifically validated virtual model that serves as the foundation for the first physical prototype.

PROTOTYPING

From the initial concept and design to the first physical prototype, we turn digital models into real-world components using rapid prototyping and 3D printing technologies.

LABORATORY TESTING

Safety requirements, ISO standards and UCI technical requirements define the benchmarks we work to. Through in-house testing and, where required, validation by independent external bodies, we verify that every product meets the applicable international standards — and aim to exceed them whenever possible.

ROAD TESTING

Professional riders are among our most demanding testers. The real showcase comes later: on asphalt, in velodromes, on gravel roads, singletrack and challenging unpaved trails. This is the real-world testing ground every product must pass before moving to the next stage.

PRODUCTION

The final stage brings our products to riders around the world. With advanced CNC machinery and precision machining processes, we ensure consistent accuracy, reliability and quality throughout production.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control is integrated into every stage of the R&D process. We define clear safety and performance thresholds that must not be exceeded, identify and classify critical stress conditions, and ensure that our structures can withstand demanding loads.
In other words, if a concept, design, laboratory test or real-world test fails to meet our defined criteria, the project does not move forward. It is not a process of trial and error, but a disciplined application of the scientific method from the very beginning.
